YWYC is designed for students who have completed 6th – 12th grade by May 2025. Youth Pastors and leaders from guest churches can also attend.

- Games and Fun Activities: Plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained and engaged, designed to create lasting memories.
The cost includes entry into every session, meals, and materials for the duration of the conference.
No. Your confirmation email is all that is required in order to check in for the conference. Upon check-in, you will receive a lanyard for you and/or your entire group. These lanyards will need to remain on each attendee throughout the conference.
All attendees can check in at the assigned Check-In table, inside the venue on Monday, July 21st at 6pm.
Students will receive Tribal War information at check-in on Monday.
At check-in, you will receive a goodie bag with a notebook, pen, itinerary, and other fun stuff!
